Shahrukh Khan is a guy who initially struggled to get roles even in the TV serials. When he did manage to get a role in the TV serial called Circus, no one ever imagined this lanky guy would one day become the King of Bollywood!
Shahrukh Khan is from a middle class family who has struggled through his life to achieve the fame that he has now. Married to his college heart throb, he is one of those very few Bollywood personalities who maintained their humbleness and never gave up on their old friends after becoming famous.
Shahrukh Khan was disliked by many when people saw him in his initial Bollywood movies. Despite his decent performances in films like Baazigar, people could never take him to be a star. For most, to be a star, one needed to have the charisma and the voice quality of Amitabh Bachchan, and Shahrukh Khan did not seem to have both. But he is one of those who never give up!
The young generation was the biggest fan of Shahrukh and maybe even is today. They saw Shahrukh Khan as one person who rose from amongst them to become a dominant Bollywood superstar. May be it was this fan following that encouraged Shahrukh Khan to work even harder.
Shahrukh Khan’s performance in the Devdas movie was one of his major milestone. But Shahrukh kept his head low and did not boast of himself as many others do! His humble attitude won him more fans and friends who catapulted him to even greater heights.
One of his latest movies – My Name Is Khan – has won accolades fir his performance. He has played brilliantly his role of a Muslim who has a rare autistic syndrome. My Name Is Khan is a big hit at the box offices in India as well as around the globe.
